    • Feedback: Any suggestions, ideas, or input sent by You to improve our Services.
    • Goods: Products or services offered through Our platform.
      Orders: Requests You place for Goods or Services.
    • Promotions: Any offers, contests, or discounts provided by the Company.
    • Service: Refers to the websites and platforms operated by NFLM Media and 256Local.
    • Website: Refers to 256Local.com and affiliated subdomains.
      You: The individual or entity accessing the Service.

    Acknowledgement

    These Terms form the full agreement between You and the Company. By accessing our Services, you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

    Placing Orders for Goods

    You agree you are authorized to enter contracts and will provide accurate billing and contact information. Fraudulent or unauthorized orders will be canceled.

    Order Cancellations & Returns

    Please see our Returns Policy for full details. You may cancel within 14 days of receiving eligible items in original condition. Custom, perishable, digital, or hygiene-sensitive items are non-refundable.

    Pricing & Payments

    All pricing is subject to change based on availability, market changes, or third-party provider fees. Payments are processed securely via integrated third-party processors. We are not liable for payment authorization failures.

    Promotions

    Separate terms may apply to Promotions. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the Promotion terms prevail.

    Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

    Intellectual Property

    All content and technology associated with our Service is owned by NFLM Media and its licensors. Unauthorized use of trademarks, brand assets, or proprietary systems is prohibited.

    Feedback

    All submitted Feedback becomes the property of NFLM Media and may be used for business, marketing, or technical purposes.

    We are not responsible for the content or practices of linked third-party services. Use them at your own discretion.

    Termination

    The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with no guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free experiences.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

    Disputes

    In the case of disputes, You agree to attempt informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through arbitration or legal channels as determined by law.

    Legal Compliance

    You affirm you are not in a country subject to U.S. sanctions or listed on any prohibited or restricted list.
