- Post-purchase coordination to confirm participation and collect vendor details
- Opportunity to submit a business description, logo, website, and event-related offer or perk for review
- Eligibility for inclusion in attendee-facing vendor or Event Perks materials when approved and available
Important Booth Details
Booth placement, dimensions, setup times, operating hours, included furniture, electricity, internet access, and other onsite requirements must be confirmed by the event organizer. Purchasing this product begins the vendor coordination process but does not override organizer approval, venue rules, or availability.
Conference admission, travel, lodging, shipping, displays, equipment, and additional vendor personnel are not included unless confirmed separately in writing.
